Hi Mzungu Mats 🙂 You’ll notice that locals swim in Lake Victoria.
Bilharzia can be horrible (friends tell me) but it is easily treated (when you plan for it).

Thanks Clare. Interesting that the majority of expats will steer clear of swimming in the lake – because of fears of Bilharzia – whereas Ugandans just jump in!
