In reply to Mutu. To be honest the Ugandan National Anthem makes me cringe. It's so dated and very colonial. However, it's the country's anthem, and most Ugandans will cherish that for what it is. I respect their view.

Aww c.mon gimme a break!! That anthem really needs to be changed yesterday. Think the youth are smarter than we give them credit for. All those references to god this, god that for a colonial state designed in germany to exploit local people.
Im afraid after 100 years most of these colonies wont even stand. Future generations will wonder why it took so long to dismantle the obvious.
I appreciate your blog but remember africans have been around for tens of thousands of years and seen powers come and go…its just a matter of time now.
